Beim Einbau der Hochdruck-Dichtung (23) zuerst den Stützring (24)
einlegen, dann die eingefettete Dichtung mit dem
Profil
nach
oben
ein-
setzten (Bild 14). Die Dichtung anschließend mit den Fingern vorsichtig
in den Absatz im Dichtungsgehäuse (25) hineindrücken (Bild 15).
When fitting the high pressure seal (23), firstly insert the support ring
(24); then insert the greased seal with its

Die O-Ringe (25B) (Bild 16) mit einem kleinen Schraubendreher her-
aushebeln, überprüfen und ggf. ersetzen (Bild 17). Die O-Ringe mit Si-
likonfett in den Absätzen des Dichtungsgehäuses (25) fixieren.
Lever out the O-rings (25B) (photo 16) with a small screwdriver; exam-
ine them and replace if necessary (photo 17). Coat the O-rings with sili-
con grease before refitting on the seal casing (25).
Darauf achten, dass die Leckagebohrungen im Dichtungs-
und Ventilgehäuse frei von Kalkablagerungen oder ähnl. sind (Bild 18).
Make sure that the drip return bores in the in the seal
casing and valve casing are free of lime and other deposits (photo 18).

2. Ventilwechsel
Checking the Valves
Überprüfen der Saugventile:
Die Ventilhalter (22) mit einer Spitzzan-
ge herausnehmen (Bild 19).
To check suction valves:
take out the valve holders (22) using a taper
nose pliers (photo 19).
Beim Herausziehen der Ventilhalter (22) den oberhalb lie-
genden etwas größeren Durchmesser nicht zerkratzen (Dichtfläche!).
When extracting the valve holders (22), make sure not
to scratch the outer bore diameter as this is a sealing surface.
Die Federspannschale (30) des Saugventils kann jetzt mit einem
Schraubendreher vorsichtig seitlich vom Ventilsitz (27) weggedrückt
werden (Bild 20).
The spring tension cap (30) of the suction valve can now be removed
by carefully levering it off the valve seat (27) with a screwdriver (photo
20).
