The BADUTRONIC 93 consists of an electronic control unit with servomotor
plus the required backwash valve. The following backwash valves are available
in 3 versions: Badumat R 40 / R 41, Badumat R 50 / R 51 as well as Badumat
R 40T/A-P, further versions on request.
The BADUTRONIC 93 can be operated individually or in combination with a fil-
ter control unit. It is important to note that the filter pump can only operate in de-
pendence on the BADUTRONIC 93, i.e. the drive unit for the pump is the
BADUTRONIC 93 . As shown in the following wiring diagram the BADUTRONIC
93 needs a separate power supply, thus enabling the unit, independently from
an external timer, to execute backwash and clear rinse cycles automatically
and independently by means of its own timer, even outside of the regular filter
cycles. During the aforementioned process, the BADUTRONIC 93 takes over
the monitoring and control of the filter pump. This makes sure that the pump is
in "turned off” during the switching process and is only turned on in the respec-
tive positions "backwash and rinse”.

Mains connection (L, N) 220 V, 50 Hz (continuous power supply)
Terminals 1 and 3: equiphase (in-phase)!

The power supply L (1) and N (2) has to be independent and continuous
(do not interrupt).
