The  recommended  method for  assembling  the  heater  is  to  assemble  the tubes  and  reflectors  portions  at 
ground level and raise it into the final hanging position before final assembly.  

9.

 

Open the body packaging and lift the pre-assembled body section up and out. 

 

10.

 

Roll the pre-assembled body section over and place on the sawhorses to begin the assembly. 

 

 
11.

 

Assemble the turbulators together by interlocking the slotted end portions. Slide these into the exhaust tube 
section  until  they  are  flush  with  the  tube  end.  Refer  to  the  table  below  for  the  required  quantity  of 
turbulators for each heater model.
