CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

MODEL: ECTS Electric Counter Tilting Skillet

CLEANING

The Electric Counter Tilting Skillet (ECTS) should be cleaned AFTER EACH USE.

Soak cooking surface Co remove any food stuck Co the surface.

Wash entire skillet surface with a mild detergent and water.

Check Chat pouring spout, cover, and sides of unit as well as cooking surface are clean.

Rinse entire unit and dry.

NEVER SPRAY WATER INTO ELECTRIC CONTROLS
