COARSE VOLTAGE adjust
A
12K ohm potentiometer across which the ref-
(RB)
erence
voltage
for
voltage-mode
operation is
developed. Used to adjust the output voltage.
FINE VOLTAGE adjust and
80 ohm potentiometers connected in series with
FINE CURRENT adjust
the COARSE VOLTAGE and CURRENT potentiometers,
(R9/Rl2)
used to
make
slight variations in the output
voltage or current.
VOLTAGE mode indicator
A red light which illuminates when the unit is
(DS2)
operating in the
voltage-regulating
mode.
Panel voltmeter
(Ml)
A meter connected internally across the SENSE
terminals, to indicate. unit output voltage.*
Panel current meter
(H2)
A meter connected in series with the NEGATIVE
output, to indicate unit output current.
CURRENT mode indicator
A red light which illuminates when the unit is
(DS3)
operating in the current regulating mode.
COARSE CURRENT adjust
A 650 ohm potentiometer used in the first
stage
(Rll)
of the current-mode amplifier to vary the ref-
erence, and subsequently the output current.
•rrn local sense mode only; when remote sensing is used, indicates voltage
across load.
