Playing a CD/MP3/WMA
disc
Before operating the CD player, do the
following.

Connect the AC power cord to the unit.
(page 11)

Prepare one of the following CDs:

Audio CD

CD-R/CD-RW recorded in an audio
format

Data CD (CD-R/CD-RW with MP3/
WMA audio files that comply with
ISO9660 level 1/level 2)

Press CD (direct power-on).

Press PUSH OPEN/CLOSE (

) to open
the CD lid.

Insert a CD.
After inserting the CD, press the center
of the CD, then close the CD lid.
Label side facing up

Press

(Play/Pause).
The unit starts playing.
Display window (Audio CD)
Display window (MP/WMA disc)
(Example: When you insert an MP
disc)

