Preparations
1. Set the DC LINE switch of the unit to OFF, and extend
the VPR-84 board using the EX-819 board.
(Refer to the steps 1 to 3 of Section 1-14.)
2. Set the switch S201-4 on the IF-936 board to ON.
3. Set the DC LINE switch of the unit to ON, and warm
up the unit for about ten minutes.

If the EL display is unlit, press the DISPLAY button to
light the display.
4. Connect each equipment as shown in the figure.
5. Perform the following steps to display the Factory1
menu.
(1) Press the MENU dial to display the main menu.
(2) Move the cursor to “Factory1” by turning the
MENU dial, and press the MENU dial.
VPR-84 BOARD (A SIDE)
Adjustment Procedure
1. Move the cursor to “c VCXO 1” by turning the MENU
dial, and press the MENU dial.
2. Adjust by turning the MENU dial.

Adjustment Point: c VCXO 1

3. Press the MENU dial to store the adjustment value.
Settings after Adjustment
. Restore the VPR-84 board to the original position.
. Set the switch S201-4 on the IF-936 board to OFF.
