Troubleshooting

3-1. Operation 

Check

In case that the alert of fan is displayed

When an abnormality occurs in the cooling fan inside of this unit, the alert is notified in the following 
ways. Check if there is any abnormality in the cooling fan inside of this unit immediately.

  FAN ALARM is displayed on the viewer screen.

 

(It disappears after a specified period of time.)

.

  A mail to notify the abnormality of fan is delivered to the registered administrator of this unit.

Does this unit perform the 
initial operation?
(Detection of Pan/Tilt original

Yes

Go to “3-2. Power Trouble”.

Is the image output from VBS

Can this unit be recognized by 
using SNC toolbox, etc. via the

Do the sensor input/output, 
serial communication, AUDIO,

Turn on the power.

Is there any problem with FFC 

connecting between CN105 on 

the SY-416 board and CN704 on 

the IF-1232 board, or with the 

connection of FFC?

Replace the SY-416 board.
(Refer to Section 1-4-6.)
