3. Set the device type and the Y-axis direction DATA for elevator in Robot side.
Enter the Menu Sense command in Node side.
Robot side : Set the device type and the Y-axis direction DATA for the elevator
(1) Connect the maintenance serial port of Robot and personal computer with the RS-232C cable.
(2) On the “New connection” screen of Tera Term, select “Serial” and a port to use (such as
COM1), and click “OK”.
(3) Select “Setup” followed by “Serial port”. The “Serial port setup” screen appears.
Configure the port with the following settings.
Port:
COM1
Baud rate :
115200 bps
Data:
8 bit
Parity:
even
Stop:
1 bit
Flow control: none
After the settings are entered, click “OK”.
(4) Press the Enter key and check that the screen switches to the “Cmd>” prompt.
Enter “factory 1” to switch to factory mode.
