3-6-5. Removing/Installing the Bin Drum
Fixing Screws
1. Remove the four screws, and remove the lower rear
cover.
2. Remove the bin drum fixing screws on the inside
ceiling with a hexagonal wrench (width across flats: 6
mm).

Install the removed bin drum fixing screws into the
front screw holes (A) in order not to lose them.
3-6-6. Cautions When Transporting the Cart
Machine
When transporting the Cart machine, fix the bin drum
fixing screws, shipping plates A and B, and shipping rings
(upper) and (lower) to the same positions as they were at
the time of shipment.
Perform the following steps:
1.
Fix the bin drum fixing screws. (See the steps below.)
2. Fix shipping plate B.
3. Fix shipping plate A.
4. Move and fix the shipping rings (upper) and (lower).

Fixing the bin drum fixing screws
Enter the factory mode from the test mode.
1.
Press the RECOVER (EXECUTION/CANCEL) key
while holding down the CONTROL (TEST) key on
the control panel to enter the test mode. When entering
the test mode, “TEST-
** ” is displayed.
2. In test mode, if you consecutively press the RECOV-
ER (EXECUTION/CANCEL) key three times or more
while holding down the CONTROL (TEST) key and
CLEAR (10’s digit) key, or if you hold down the
CONTROL (TEST) key and CLEAR (10’s digit) key
for 10 seconds or more, the system enters the factory
mode and “dot (.)” is displayed at the rightmost of the
“TEST-
** ” indication. “TEST- ** . ”
3. Set FF using the CLEAR (10’s digit)/INITIAL (1’s
digit) key, and press the RECOVER (EXECUTION/
CANCEL) key.
On the control panel, “EXEC-FF” is displayed on the
first line, and “SHIPPING POSI” on the second line.
4. The bin drum and the elevator block move to the
shipping positions.
5. Fix the bin drum with the bin drum fixing screws at
this position.
