14. Backup Copy Function
Copying the CTL and digital audio signals
When using PCM-3324S with RM-3324 or PCM-3348HR with RM-3348HR
Connections
Power off all units before making the connections.
Connections for copying the CTL and digital audio signals using RM-3324/3348HR
Procedure
1
Mount the original tape on the player unit, and set the MASTER SAFE switch
to the ON position.

Mount a blank tape on the recorder unit, and set the switches and buttons as
follows:
•
MASTER SAFE switch: OFF
•
SAMPLING FREQ (Fs) switch: Sampling frequency of the original tape
•
TIMER MODE button: CTL ABSOLUTE
•
REC MODE switch: ADVANCE
•
INPUT SELECT switch: DIGITAL
