7-5. Check the Bluetooth connection
Connect the Bluetooth audio device such as headphones and speak-
ers to the WALKMAN main unit to wireless, and check that the
sound is output correctly from the Bluetooth audio devices such as
headphones and speakers.
For details on the wireless connection (Bluetooth connection) meth-
od, refer to the Help Guide of the WALKMAN main unit.
In addition, after the wireless connection (Bluetooth connection),
gradually move away from the Bluetooth audio device and the
WALKMAN main unit, and check that the wireless connection
(Bluetooth connection) can be maintained up to about 10 m.

Swipe up on the home screen to display the list of applications,
touch [Settings]

[About device], and refer to the
displayed build number to check that it is the latest version.

7-7. Perform initialization
Refer to “VARIOUS INITIALIZATION METHOD” on page 26 and
perform “Erase all data (factory reset)”.
This completes setting check work.
