Steps to see audit t

Navigate via system

The

Audit trail Overview
”
above is displayed. It can be scrolled through the list.
Two drop-down lists make it possible to limit the overview.

Activate the hyperlink after the entry whose details you want to view. The contents will be
displayed in the current device language and change accordingly.

The detail view for the entry appears. The displayed details depend on the type
of the entry and the settings in enSuite.

The audit trail has space for 1000 entries. The general part overwrites the oldest entry after
reaching this 1000 entries. If the 1000 entries are occupied in the fiscal part, no further changes
can be carried out to the fiscal parameters without opening the Security switch (SSW). If the SSW
is open, the entries can be deleted using the displayed action.
A completely new parameterization (with open SSW) is also entered in the
change logbook. Each software part is listed with a corresponding annotation.
