Press the [Flash] icon to start the LED lamp of the MAS-A100 flashing to confirm
its location, if necessary.

Press the [Test signal] icon of an MAS-A100 used for speech reinforcement to
output a test signal.
The test signal is a voice saying “Test, one, two, three” at an output level (–16
dBFS) equivalent to speaking at a volume of 63 dB SPL (A) from a distance of 1 m
in an environment where no feedback occurs.
Press the [Test signal] icon again to stop the test signal. Play the test signal
through the loudspeakers of the audio system and adjust the MAS-A100 input
gain of the audio system so that the signal can be heard with the appropriate level
of volume.
Calibrating
1.
Open the [Calibrate] tab of MASM-1, and select any group in the left pane.

Place a check mark beside the MAS-A100 units to use for speech reinforcement.
If there are multiple MAS-A100 units in the same room to be used for speech
reinforcement that are connected to the same audio system, select those units
and calibrate all of them together.
3.
Press the [Calibrate] button.
Calibration starts, and a noise signal is output from the MAS-A100 for about 5
seconds.
