Adjustment procedure:
Order Page Address Data Procedure
1 Set the power switch to “VTR” or (PLAYER).
2 Set the loading completed state without inserting the cassette. Connect the adjusting
remote commander, and set the HOLD switch to ON.
3 0 01 01 Set the data. (Preparation)
4 3 09 00 After setting the data, press the PAUSE button.
5 3 01 1A After setting the data, press the PAUSE button. (To start up automatic “T reel FG Duty and
CSerr Adjustment”.)
6 3 02 Check that the data is changed from 17 to 00.
7 Set the HOLD switch of the adjustment remote commander to OFF, and wait more than 2
seconds.
8 Set the HOLD switch of the adjustment remote commander to ON.
9 3 08 Check that the data of page: 3, address: 08 and that of page: C, address: 59 are the same.

10 3 03 If the data of page: 3, address: 03 is 00, it means that the automatic CSerr adjustment has
ended normally.
11 3 04 Check that the data of page: 3, address: 04 and that of page: C, address: 6F are the same.

12 C 6F If the data of page: C, address: 6F is 01, or 02, 03, it means that the automatic T reel FG
adjustment has ended normally.
13 0 01 00 Set the data.
14 Turn OFF the power switch.
