When the player is stopped, the battery mark is displayed
on the LCD screen. When [ ] is displayed or the
charge indicator flashes, please recharge the battery.
It is recommended to charge up to the maximum when the
surrounding temperature is in the 10-30°C range.
The battery has a limited span of use. With constant use
and the passage of time, the battery's capacity will
gradually diminish. If the playing time of the battery
shortens considerably, please understand that it has
passed its span of usage and purchase a new one.
The battery mark is not displayed on the LCD screen
when the AC adaptor or input line is being used.
Charging times may differ from that indicated above due
to conditions of use, environment, and other factors.

Th e size of the imag e displayed on the LCD screen can be
adjusted by pressing the [LCD MODE] button.
Since this player has been equipped with Viewer
Restrictions (i.e. Parental Control), a password must be
entered to play a viewer restricted disc.
For further details, please refer to the parental control
on pages 45-46.
DVD discs are equipped with region codes.
This player can paly discs with

Please slide the LINE SELECT IN/OUT switch to OUT, or the
player may not work.
