Connect an external aerial to improve reception.

aerial, or you can use a TV aerial instead.

When “OVER” lights up during
recording from the connected
components
A signal in excess of the specified level was input
during recording. Perform the following
operations and then record the source again.

Press MENU/NO twice during recording or
recording pause.
“Setup Menu” appears.

until “Level Adjust ?”
appears, then press ENTER/YES.

Turn

to adjust the recording level.
The recording level can be adjusted from –12 to
+12. Make sure that “OVER” does not appear
in the display at the loudest portion.

Press ENTER/YES.

Press MENU/NO.
Note
If “OVER” appears in the display when the recording
level is between –12 and 0, change the audio input
level and reduce the input sound (see page 59).
