TROUBLESHOOTING FLOW CHARTS

Special Note:

When testing a Handset with the Tektronix CMD80 Tester, it is not possible to accurately
determine if some of the audio circuit failures are caused at the board level or at the microphone
or earpiece. It is recommended that the Handset first be tested on a HP8924C, or a similar
analog tester, since SINAD measurements will verify if the audio problem is with the circuitry,
or with the microphone or earpiece.
