If the module is defined at the factory for a Verizon account the module will automatically set the SYS_PREF when the
first entry in the SID/NID list is set. If SID is odd, SYS_PREF will be set to Auto A; if the SID is even, SYS_PREF will be
set to Auto B. Done to facilitate setting SYS_PREF during OTASP or OTAPA.
