This command sets the default call-back number used information on all MO SMS messages. The preferred
method for specifying a callback address is to specify it as a parameter in the send command (ATCSSM).

The settings are not persistent. As a result, they are not saved after a power cycle.

This command sets the default short-message header information on all MO SMS messages. The preferred
