INSTALLATION
To operate the appliance efficiently, the appliance's
hot air must be discharged
out of the room
.
As shown in
Figure 4.1
, leave min. 50 cm free space around the unit.
Connect the drain pipe to the back of the appliance
. Wind up the reducer (left threaded) to the other end of the pipe.
For parallel window openings, use the window outlet (15) as
shown in
Figure 4.2
.
It is very important to use the shortest possible length of pipe
.
Do not run the tube as shown in
Figure 4.3
as it may lead to malfunction.
The length of the tube is defined for this
appliance (max. 150 cm), so do not extend the length of the tube.
We recommend that you run the tube horizontally.
During operation of the unit, moisture and water evaporates from the air, which accumulates in the built-in tank of the appliance.
When the
water tank is full
, the display will show
"FL"
. Switch the unit off, also cut the power, than slide it to a place where
the water tank can be emptied
through the water drainage connector (13.).
If the tank is empty, put the
cap back on and restart the appliance.
You can also choose the
continuous drainage
.
To do this, connect the
drainage pipe
(17) to the continuous drainage connection (14).
During operation, condensation water will leave through this tube.
Insert
2 pcs 1,5 V AAA
batteries into the remote control
.
When inserting the batteries, make sure that the polarity is correct!
Do not use batteries with different brands and / or charge!
OPERATION, MODES
1.
Connect the unit directly to the wall socket, then you will hear a beep. The LED display shows room temperature.
2.
To turn on the device, press the POWER button. The unit starts to operate in cooling mode (COOL)
.
3.
The fan speed can be set using the FAN SPEED button on the unit or the HIGH and LOW buttons on the remote control. Air outflow can be adjusted manually by adjusting the
air deflector lamellae.
4.
You can set the temperature between 16 ° C and 30 ° C. Increase it by pressing the UP, decrease by pressing the DOWN button.
The LED displays shows
value for 5 seconds,
then shows the room temperature.

Press MODE
button
on the unit or use the remote control buttons to select the desired mode: cooling (COOL), drying (DRY), ventilation (FAN).
Cooling mode:
At a higher temperature than the set, the compressor will switch on and cools the air. Once the set temperature is reached, the compressor will stop and the fan
will continue to operate at the set speed.
Sleep mode (SLEEP):
In the cooling mode, the SLEEP button on the remote control can activate this mode. The fan operates at a low speed which can not be adjusted.
Drying mode:
If the room temperature is 17 ° C, the compressor will turn on and operate until the room temperature reaches 15 ° C. If the room temperature reaches 17 ° C
again, the compressor will turn on again. The fan operates at low speed and can not be increased. In this mode, the temperature can not be adjusted.
Ventilation mode:
The fan operates at the set speed, the temperature can not be adjusted.
Restarting the device or switching the mode on during operation can take up to 3 minutes to protect the device.

Timer:
With the TIMER button, you can activate the switch-off time during operation, and the switch-on time in standby mode. The time can be set up between 1 and 24 hours,
it
can be change by one hour increments, by using the UP and DOWN buttons
.

Press POWER for standby mode, then the device beeps and the machine stops.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE
To ensure optimum operation of the appliance, cleaning may be necessary depending on the degree of contamination, but at least once a month.
1.
Before cleaning, switch off the appliance and disconnect it by unplugging the power plug.
2.
Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents. Do not allow water to enter the inside of the appliance, and the electrical
components!

First, slide out the large, then the small air filter from
the appliance, according to
Figure 5. Clean them with lukewarm, warm water. After drying, replace the filters
.

Only then install the fan again!
Before not using the appliance for a longer period after the cooling season, disconnect it and drain the water through the drain plug (13). Then operate for one hour in the FAN
mode. Store in a cool, dry place.

Malfunction
The device does not work.
The device will restart frequently.
The device is too noisy
The compressor is not operating.
Possible solution
• Check the power supply.
• Check the display. If code „FL” is shown, empty
the water tank.
•
The timer may have turned off the device.
•
Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight.
• Close the door and windows, remove any heating
elements.
• Clean the air filters.
•
Release air inlet and outlet openings.
• Stand the appliance to a firm, horizontal surface.
• Wait for 3 minutes, compressor protection has
activated.

Description of the error
Spiral tube temperature sensor error.
Room thermostate error.
The device's own frost protection: if the
spiral tube temperature drops below 0 °C,
the unit will turn off. As the spiral tube rises
above + 8 °C, the appliance restarts.
