Mashing tomato
Wash, sort, and clean the tomatoes from the stalks and any suspicious
parts that may cause the puree deterioration. Put in boiling water until the
peel has cracked (approx. 1-2 minutes). Cut the tomato prepared in such
a way that it fits into the grinder head. Also peel the little tomatoes, so that
they do not pop into the grinder when it’s pressed.
Start the meat grinder by turning the switch to ON position. Use only the
plastic pusher to fill the tomatoes to the grinder head.
During mashing, the tomato puree flows to the collector tray, the seeds and
the peel leave at the end of the masher. If you see like at the beginning of
the process valuable juice and puree leave the masher, fasten the adjusting
screw. If later you see like the peel cannot leave properly, then loosen the
adjusting screw.
