Perfectly Whipped Cream.

2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons SomerSweet

Attach the whisk to the Somersize Su-Chef. Place cream into a deep bowl and
whip until thick. Add vanilla and SomerSweet. Continue whipping until soft
peaks form.
