C-3.8 Collegamento al tamburo inferiore
• Collegare il morsetto inferiore al tamburo utilizzando il perno rapido
( A ) agendo sulla molla a sgancio ( B ). Per l'apertura e chiusura della
molla a sgancio dei perni operare come descritto in fi gura ( 1 e 2 ).

• Connect the lower clamp to the drum, by using the quick release pin
(

) which is controlled through a spring (

). In order to open and close
the pin spring, operate as shown in the picture ( 1 and 2 ).
C-3.7 Consigli sull’utilizzo del
Luff Controll
• Poco prima di apprestarsi ad effettuare
l’operazione di avvolgimento, abbasare al
massimo il Luff Controll così da avvicinare
al massimo il bordo d’entrata della vela allo
strallo per creare le migliori condizioni per il
miglior avvolgimento della vela.
• Non effettuare operazioni di avvolgimento
con il Luff Controll a fi ne corsa verso l’alto
per evitare che la cima di controllo possa
arrotolarsi attorno allo strallo in rotazione.
C-3.7 Suggestions on the use of
Luff Control
• Before you start furling in, lower down the Luff
Control as much as possible in order to move
the sail luff closer to the stay, thus creating the
best conditions for a correct furling in.
• Do not start furling in if the Luff Control is at
its upper stroke end in order to prevent the
adjustment line from rolling up around the
furling stay.
