Deleting a Risk Message
In order to delete a message, a user must first either confirm acceptance or rejection. Once this is done and the user goes back into the
message the tick/cross symbols are replaced by a trash can symbol. The user should press this symbol in order to delete the message.
Your device will emit a tone and display
the envelope icon in the status bar at the
top of the page when a risk message is
received.
(If more than one message is sat in
your inbox, the envelope will reflect
the number of unread messages as
highlighted) & no tone is emitted if a
message is received during an active Red
Alert.
Reading/viewing your messages is done
by selecting the Risk Messaging icon as
shown here.
The following screen shows you message
list. Unread messages appear in bold.
The highlighted symbols indicate the
message status:
Unread
Read (not Yes or No)
Read (Yes)
Read (No)
When you access a message, the screen
shows the message subject, time and
date or receipt, and the message body.
(The highlighted area gives the option to
accept or reject the message).

Risk Messaging
The SoloProtect ID Pro comes equipped with our Risk Messaging function which allows the Account Administrator(s) within your organisation to send messages to the device for
any given number of reasons, but particularly where there is a potential risk to the device user’s safety.
