Thirst quenchers for any season
Lemonade
Squeeze
5 lemons
using the Solis Citrus Press Pro. Add
approx. 120 g sugar (to taste) to the lemon juice and stir
well to dissolve. Add
6 dl (mineral) water. Chill.
Serve with
ice cubes
and
peppermint leaves in each glass.
Orange punch
Wash
2 oranges
and finely grate orange zest.
Squeeze together with an additional
3 oranges
and
1 lemon
using the Solis Citrus Press Pro.
Pour juice and grated zest into a
large punchbowl and fill up with
2 l apple juice
and
1 l cherry juice.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Add
1 l soda water
before serving and garnish each
glass with
1 orange slice.

Orange milk
Vigorously beat
1 dl cream
mixed with
2 dl water
using a whisk. Wash
3 large oranges
and finely grate the orange zest, reser-
ving a few strands for the decoration.
Squeeze together with an additional
3 oranges
and

Add the juice and grated orange zest
to the water/cream mixture. Add
approx. 150 g sugar (to taste) and blend together well.
Serve in tall glasses and sprinkle
with strands of orange zest.

Boil

and pour over
6 bags of black tea. Let draw for 5 minutes.
Wash
2 limes
and cut into slices. Peel
2 kiwis
and cut into slices. Place in a large
pitcher together with the tea and let
draw for a while.
Squeeze
2 lemons
and
5 large oranges
using the Solis Citrus Press Pro.
Combine the juice with the tea and add
sugar
to taste. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve with ice.
Cool drinks
Mojito (4 servings)
Halve
2 limes
and squeeze using the Solis Citrus
Press Pro. Stir in
4 tsp powdered
and mix with the juice.

Place a squeezed half of lime into
each of four glasses. Slightly crush
peppermint leaves and add several to each glass. Fill up
with
crushed ice
and top off each glass with
6 cl white rum
and
some soda water.
Serve immediately.
Tom Collins (4 servings)
Squeeze

pour juice into four glasses.
Add
2 tsp sugar
and
7.5 cl dry gin
to each glass and stir well.
Place
1 ice cube
in each glass and top off with
soda water.
Briefly stir contents of each glass
again and serve immediately with
a straw.

Summer delight (4 servings) non-alcoholic!
Place
3 ice cubes
into each of four tall glasses.
Squeeze
4 limes
using the Solis Citrus Press Pro.
Divide the juice among the four
glasses.
Pour
2.5 cl raspberry
into each glass and top off with
syrup
soda water.
Garnish each glass with
several raspberries and serve immediately.
Pink pearl (4 servings) non-alcoholic!
Squeeze
2 grapefruits
using the Solis Citrus Press Pro.
Crush
4 ice cubes
and place in a shaker together with
2 splashes
lemon juice
and
2 tsp grenadine
syrup
and
1 egg white
as well as the grapefruit juice.
Shake well and strain off into in four
cocktail glasses.
Garnish each glass with
1 cocktail cherry
and serve immediately.
