PULSE button
• The PULSE button is ideal for all foods that need to be chopped and processed
at powerful blending intervals. The PULSE function will also circulate the foods
in the jug. The PULSE function is active only while you press the PULSE button.
PULSE is also suitable for crushing ice cubes.
P R E S E T P R O G R A M S
SMOOTHIE (Duration: 60 seconds)
• Ideal for mixing and aerating frozen and liquid ingredients. The SMOOTHIE func-
tion has a unique preparation technique that first blends the solid ingredients
at low speed and then increases the speed to puree the ingredients. This is done
in multiple cycles while the ingredients simultaneously circulate to fold in a max-
imum of air until the creamy, delicious smoothie is finished.
AUTO CLEAN (Duration: 60 seconds)
• With this cleaning program, you can remove most food remains and stains from
the blender jug and the blades. Pour 500 ml of warm, soapy water into the
blender jug and press the AUTO CLEAN button. For heavy soiling or sticky, thick
foods, we recommend adding half a teaspoon of washing-up liquid. For best
results, start the cleaning cycle right after the blending process is finished.
Caution: Soaking the jug might damage the jug surface, especially if lemon juice
has been processed. Therefore, we recommend immediately cleaning the jug with
washing-up liquid and warm water before rinsing with clear water and drying
the jug.
Note: If you press any button while the blender is in operation, the blender
will directly change to that program without interruption.
