9 Troubleshooting
This section contains information and procedures for solving possible
problems with A1-HYB-G2 inverters, and provides you with troubleshooting
tips to identify and solve most problems that could occur with A1-HYB-G2
series inverters.
AFD Self Check Fault
Arc Detect Fault
Bat Relay Fault
Battery Relay Fault
Please contact SolaX Technical Support
PV Conn Dir Fault
PV Reverse Connection Fault
• Re-connect the PV correctly
Battery Volt Fault
Battery Voltage Over high or Over low Fault
• Check if the battery input voltage is within the normal range
• Please contact SolaX Technical Support
EPO Fault
EPO Activated or Inverter Emergency Off
BI Comm Fault
Communication Fault between Inverter and BI
• Check if the RS485 communication cable of BI connects to
communication board of inverter.
• Please contact SolaX Technical Support
AFDI Model Self Check Fault
• Please check if the AFDI module connects normally
• Or contact SolaX Technical Support
DC Arc occurs or DC Arc Check Fault
• Please check if there is any visible arc vestige firstly
• Clear the PV input and solar battery board connects normally
• If Arc is detected five times in one hour, please manually clear Arc.
Otherwise, it will re-connect to grid in five minutes
