GAS CONVERSION LABEL INSTRUCTIONS 

1.  When converting this fireplace, use a permanent marker to complete the supplied gas conversion label then affix it to 

the right side of fireplace above the control module as pictured below.

2.  Affix the supplied rating plate conversion label to the rating plate. Be sure to not cover the Model and Gas Pressure 

information for the model and fuel you are converting to. With a permanent marker, check off the fuel type you are 

converting to.

This vented gas fireplace is not for use with air filters.  

This appliance is for use only with the type of gas indicated on the rating 

plate. This appliance may be installed in an aftermarket, permanently 

located manufactured home (USA only) or in a mobile home, where not 

prohibited by local codes. See Owner’s Manual for details.
This appliance is not convertible for use with other gases, unless a 

certified conversion kit is used. 
This appliance must be properly connected to a venting system in 

accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
