5.2: Basic Procedure
To set-up the OD4, some basic steps should
be followed.
The following steps describe a typical setting
procedure and applies to most applications.
Other procedures may be used as appropriate.
For a bi-polar output i.e. ±10 VDC or ±20 mA,
follow steps 1 to 3. For a uni-polar output i.e.
0-10 V, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA, follow steps 1 to 4.
In either case, step 5 (final checks) should be
followed on the completion of the set-up.
