AlphaBlower Operation and Maintenance Manual
Introduction
The AlphaBlower two models are the 33-100-P
(PTO Drive) or the 33-100-H (Hydraulic Drive).
The 33-100 is supplied for towing and reversing
as standard.
The rotation direction of the impeller is such that
the blower can be installed for reversing without
the need for an additional gearbox.
The 33-100-P can be mounted at the front by
using the specially designed gearbox.

Wear Shoes
Wear shoes are positioned at the rear of the
blower housing and are equipped with stepless
height adjustment. The skid shoes are adjusted
using a lever that can easily be locked when not in
use.

Gauge Wheels (Optional)
The gauge wheels help avoid the snow from
becoming compacted and icy in the tracks from
the wear shoes. This also makes snow blowing on
gravel roads easier. The gauge wheels float on
top of gravel roads instead of digging down into
the gravel. The gauge wheel is a 6 x 9” truck
wheel and has stepless height adjustment. Should
the wheel dig into the snow, the blower will be
supported by the wear shoes that are positioned
slightly higher than the underside of the wheel.
Telescopic Loading Chute (Optional)
A optional hydraulic controlled telescopic loading
chute is available. The telescopic loading chute is
useful for blowing snow into a dump trailer or
dump truck. And it is also useful when it is
required to throw the snow over tall snowbanks.
The telescopic loading chute is supplied with
hydraulic cylinders for height adjustment and
hydraulic cylinders for deflector adjustment.
