Setting up the Handsets for Use

Note

: If the handset fails to register automatically, a manual registration can also be performed. Instruc-

tions are as follows:

1. Press the center navigation button, followed by

Handset

Base 1

2. Enter your PIN, and press OK to register the handset.

Once the handset has registered with the base, the idle screen is displayed.

4. Repeat these steps for each handset.

Setting the Server Type

This section allows you how to set the server type and specify SIP settings (instructions for Microsoft® Lync
2010 are also provided).
