4.11.7 GPI Inputs Tab

This sets up the task to execute on each GPI input when activated. 

Level Sensitive Task Operation

0 Volts in = off

5 Volts in = on

An example of a level sensitive task is the Hardware Tally: 0 Volts will switch the tally off, 
5 Volts in will switch the tally on. 

Transition Sensitive (Toggle) Task Operation

A transition from 0 to 5 Volts will toggle the current state. 

An example of a transition sensitive task is the Full Screen Toggle: 
If the relevant window is currently at its normal size then a transition from 0 Volts to 5 Volts will 
switch it to full screen; if it is at its full screen size then the transition will switch it back to its 
normal size.

Edge sensitive tasks can be identified as the ones that have “toggle” in their name.
