Step 9: Assemble the Gas and 

Charcoal Cabinet and Cart

(Continued)

Procedure:

 Tighten the Left Front Leg #4 

and  Right  Front  Leg  #2  to  the  left  and 

right side of bottom flange in the Cabinet 

using  (2)  M6x15  bolts,  tighten  the  Cart 

Front  Bracket  to  the  middle  of  bottom 

flange using  (1) M4x10 bolt as shown as 

Fig. 9D 

Step 11

:

Assemble Lid Handle to 

Charcoal Grill Lid

Locate

: (1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts 

Procedure:

 Refer to Fig. 11, open the Char-

coal Grill Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts through 

the Lid holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the 

bolts and tighten the bolts securely. 

Step 10: Assemble Lid Handle to 

the Gas Grill  Lid

Locate:

Gas Grill Lid Handle Heat Shield, 

(1) Lid Handle, (2) M6x15 bolts

Procedure:

 Refer to Fig. 10, open the Gas 

Grill Lid and fit the Heat Shield in place 

inside the Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts 

through the Heat Shield and then the Lid 

holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the bolts 

and tighten the bolts securely.

Grill Assembly

Step 10:

Refer to Fig. 10, open the Gas Grill Lid and fit the Heat 

Shield in place inside the Lid, place (2) M6x15 bolts 

through the Heat Shield and then the Lid holes. Fit the 

Lid Handle over the bolts and tighten the bolts securely.

Step 12:

Unscrew the Smoke Stack Cap from the Smoke Stack 

Assembly first.

Insert the Smoke Stack through the Charcoal Grill 

Lid from the inside as Shown in Fig.12A. Attach the 

Smoke Stack to the Lid with (2) M6x15 bolts inserted 

through the Lid from the outside. Fasten the Smoke 

Stack to the Lid with (2) M6 KEPS nuts securely inside

the Lid as shown in Fig.12B.

Turn the Smoke Stack Cap clockwise into the Smoke 

Stack as shown in Fig.12B.

Step 13:

Procedure: Refer to Fig. 13A, unscrew 

the wing nuts and washers from (2) Heat 

Indicators. Place (2) Heat Indicator into the 

area in the center of Gas Grill Lid and

Charcoal Grill Lid, fasten in place with

the washer and wing nut as shown in

Fig. 13B.

:

Attach the Smoke Stack

Locate

: Smoke Stack Assembly, (2) 

M6x15 bolts and (2) M6 KEPS nuts 

Procedure

: Unscrew the Smoke Stack 

Cap from the Smoke Stack Assembly 

first.

Insert the Smoke Stack through the 

Charcoal Grill Lid from the inside as

Shown in Fig.12A. Attach the Smoke 

Stack to the Lid with (2) M6x15 bolts 

inserted through the Lid from the out-

side. Fasten the Smoke Stack to the Lid 

with (2) M6 KEPS nuts securely inside

the Lid as shown in Fig.12B. 

Turn the Smoke Stack Cap clockwise 

into the Smoke Stack as shown in 

Fig.12B.

:

Assemble Heat Indica-

tors

Locate

: (2) Heat Indicators 

Procedure:

Refer to Fig. 13A, unscrew the wing 

nuts and washers from (2) Heat Indi-

cators.

Place (2) Heat Indicator into the area 

in the center of Gas Grill Lid and 

Charcoal Grill Lid, fasten in place with 

the washer and wing nut as shown in 

Fig. 13B.

: Smoke Stack Assembly, (2) 

M6x15 bolts and (2) M6 KEPS nuts 

Procedure

: Unscrew the Smoke Stack 

Cap from the Smoke Stack Assembly 

first.

Insert the Smoke Stack through the 

Charcoal Grill Lid from the inside as

Shown in Fig.12A. Attach the Smoke 

Stack to the Lid with (2) M6x15 bolts 

inserted through the Lid from the out-

side. Fasten the Smoke Stack to the Lid 

with (2) M6 KEPS nuts securely inside

the Lid as shown in Fig.12B. 

Turn the Smoke Stack Cap clockwise 

into the Smoke Stack as shown in 

Fig.12B.

:

: (2) Heat Indicators 

Procedure:

Refer to Fig. 13A, unscrew the wing 

nuts and washers from (2) Heat Indi-

cators.

Place (2) Heat Indicator into the area 

in the center of Gas Grill Lid and 

Charcoal Grill Lid, fasten in place with 

the washer and wing nut as shown in

Procedure

: Unscrew the Smoke Stack 

Cap from the Smoke Stack Assembly 

first.

Insert the Smoke Stack through the 

Charcoal Grill Lid from the inside as

Shown in Fig.12A. Attach the Smoke 

Stack to the Lid with (2) M6x15 bolts 

inserted through the Lid from the out-

side. Fasten the Smoke Stack to the Lid 

with (2) M6 KEPS nuts securely inside

the Lid as shown in Fig.12B. 

Turn the Smoke Stack Cap clockwise 

into the Smoke Stack as shown in 

Fig.12B.

Locate

: (2) Heat Indicators 

Procedure:

Refer to Fig. 13A, unscrew the wing 

nuts and washers from (2) Heat Indi-

cators.

Place (2) Heat Indicator into the area 

in the center of Gas Grill Lid and 

Charcoal Grill Lid, fasten in place with 

the washer and wing nut as shown in 

Fig. 13B. 

 

 

Step 11:

Refer to Fig. 11, open the Charcoal Grill Lid, place (2) M6x15 

bolts through the Lid holes. Fit the Lid Handle over the 

bolts and tighten the bolts securely.
