Power supply ICOS-PS 3160 series

Ver. 1.05

8.1 Replacement of the charging resistor

In case of failure of the charging resistor, replace it as indicated in the following image (the component

KG020098 must be ordered as a spare part).

Tighten the spare KG020098 to the

heat sink by means of the 2 screws.

Shorten the resistance cables so that

they protrude 120mm from the support

and connect them to the connector

(there is no polarity)

Unscrew the 2 fasteners and remove

the faulty resistor together with its

support

Disconnect the resistance conduc-

tors from the connector
