Configuring Redundant Recording 

Purpose: 

The  record  files  are  stored  not  only  in  the  R/W  (read/write)  HDD  but  also  in  the  redundant  HDD  when  the 

Redundant Record function is enabled, thus enhancing the data safety and reliability effectively. 

 

The  storage  mode  of  the  HDD  needs  to  be  set  as  Group.  For  details,  see 

Chapter  10.3  Managing  HDD 

Group

. There should be at least another HDD which is in R/W mode. 

Steps:

Enter HDD Information interface. 

Menu > HDD > General
