Detecting Video Tampering 

Purpose: 

A tampering alarm is triggered when the camera is covered and the monitoring area cannot be viewed. The linkage 

actions, including full screen monitoring, audible warning, etc., can be set. 

Steps: 

1.

 

Enter the Video Tampering Detection Settings interface. 

Menu > Camera > Video Tampering Detection

Select the camera to be configured and check the checkbox of 

Enable Video Tampering Detection

 to 

enable the function of video tampering alarm. 

3.

 

Click the icon 

  to configure more video tampering alarm settings.

Click the 

Arming Schedule 

tab, select a day in the week and then set the time periods for video tampering 

detection arming schedule. Click 

Apply

 to save the settings.
