User Manual of Digital Video Recorder

The time synchronization interval can be set from 1 to 10080min, and the default value is 60min. If the

device is connected to a public network, you should use a NTP server that has a time synchronization

function, such as the server at the National Time Center (IP Address: 210.72.145.44). If the device is setup

in a more customized network, NTP software can be used to establish a NTP server used for time

synchronization.

Configuring SNMP Settings

Purpose:

You can use Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to get device status and parameters related

information.

Steps:

Enter the Network Settings interface.

Menu > Configuration > Network

Click the

SNMP

tab to enter the SNMP Settings interface.

Before configuring the SNMP settings, please download the SNMP software and manage to receive the

device information via SNMP port. By setting the Trap Address, the device is allowed to send the alarm

event and exception message to the surveillance center.
