Overview

This chapter discusses the information you can use to troubleshoot the cordless SmarTV TouchPhone in case 

of problems.  It also covers procedures for replacing the handset battery, returning equipment, and contacting 

SmarTV Product Support as well as Admin Menus for the cordless handset. Read the following sections to 

learn more about troubleshooting methods and procedures and how to get assistance:
