SmarTV TouchPhone User Guide

Connect Handset Battery

You need to connect the battery in the cordless handset in order to register the handset to the Base in 

the next section. Use a 

#6 TORX

 screwdriver to remove the screw for the battery cover.  

Do not attempt 

to use any other kind of tool to remove this screw.

  Refer to the diagram below to remove the handset 

battery cover and connect the battery:

When you have connected the handset battery, replace the cover. Place the handset in the Base or 

a charger and allow it to charge until the battery indicator on the handset’s LCD screen is colored in, 

indicating a full charge.  Then proceed to the next section,
