7.0 SCRAPPER BLADE ADJUSTMENT

7.1 The scraper blade (7) is mounted to the support bar (15), and the support bar is bolted to the slotted bracket
(16).

7.2 To set the scraper blade release the two screws at the slot of bracket (16) at both sides of the scraper blade
support. Raise the scraper blade to contact the belt, then lock the screws.

7.3 The scraper blade should rest evenly against the belt with minimal contact, if the scraper blade presses too
hard on to the belt then this can cause belt tracking problems.
