9.0 Temperature Control
CAUTION
The collection box can get extremely hot and if the temperature is set too high could cause burns.
The Greasebuster is fitted with a 200W, 230VAC plate heater attached to the underside of the collection
chamber.
To connect you must attach the thermistor lead and the power supply lead into the connection block located in
the junction box under the collection chamber.
The thermistor is factory set to 18 degrees centigrade. To change the temperature:
press the “SET” key
Use the ↑ up ↓ down keys to change to the desired temperature shown in the bottom display window.
Press set again
The upper window displays the real time temperature and the lower window the set point. The controller has a
duty cycle and will switch on and off until the correct temperature is reached.
