2.4 Compliance

The

laser interferometer and its accessory products have been certi

ed in coopera-

tion with an independent testing lab to be in compliance with the environmental and safety direc-
tives listed in the following chapters.

2.4.1 CDRH/EN60825-1

The

PICO

SCALE

laser interferometer system complies with all of the requirements of EN60825-1.

t further complies with 21 CFR 1040.10 except for deviations pursuant to Laser Notice No. 50,

dated June 24, 2007.
