11. With Warning labels facing up, lay Jumping Mat(2) with the net inside the tramploine frames. Attach the short
hook of a Spring(6) into one of the triangle rings on the mat. Then attach the long hook of the Spring to the frame.
Note: There are 82 V-rings around the edge of the Jump Mat(2) and 82 holes around the top of the frame.
In this step you will attach the Jump Mat to the frame, using 82 Springs(6).
Caution: It is wise to wear leather gloves while attaching the Springs. Be careful where you place your
hands as the Springs and frame joints can pinch.
Attach the Springs(6) as follow: Hook one end of a Spring into a V-ring. (See the inset drawing on next page.)
Hook the Spring Tool(22) to the free end of the first Spring. using the Spring Tool pull the first Spring until it
reaches the frame. Push the end of the first Spring into a hole in the frame. Unhook the Spring Tool.
Attach 2 springs to each corner of the mat. There should now be a total of 8 Spring attached. Place the middle
Springs on each side next as shown.
10. Lay the Jump mat(2) on the ground with Warning labels facing up. Put the Enclosure Net(5) on the Jump Mat.
Make sure the opening of the enclosure net is between the seventh and eighth V-ring on long side of the Jump-
mat. Insert one of the V-rings on the Jump Mat into one of the “buttonhole” incisions on the bottom edge of the
Enclosure Net. Continue this process to the other V-rings one by one, until all the V-rings are inserted through the
“buttonholes” of the Enclosure Net.
Make certain that each of the V-rings on the trampoline mat is threaded through the corresponding
‘buttonhole’ in the Enclosure Net, and that the door opening of the enclosure is located between the
indicated seventh and eighth V-ring. Ensure the safety clips and warning labels are on the outside of the
enclosure. Before you begin to assemble V-Ring to the buttonholes.
