TOOLS REQUIRED: Large screwdriver, two-7/16" open end (or box end) wrenches.
100E/T, 96B, 200F/S, 300G, 350E Cart and Basket Assembly:
Center basket on cart. Using the four slotted roundhead
bolts (and nuts), provided, attach basket to cart through two end holes only in each metal strap (two per side). If no rack
is to be installed, tighten bolts securely. If rack is to be installed, leave finger tight and go to next step.
58, 56, 55 Double Pole Rack Assembly:
Place long rack tubes down through inside of
basket and outside of cart. Use four long hex head bolts and nuts to attach. Attach
crossbar to top of rack using two short hex bolts and nuts.
91 Single Pole Rack Assembly:
Place long rack tubes down through inside of basket and
outside of cart. Attach to end of cart using two long hex head bolts and nuts. Attach arm
to upright using one short hex head bolt and nut. Be sure arm faces toward center of basket.
Go back and tighten all bolts and nuts securely.
WARNING
• Do not remove carts from building.
• Never allow children (or adults) to ride in or on carts.
• Keep casters free of thread, lint, hair and other debris.
• Be sure casters roll freely and turn easily at all times.
If a caster does not roll properly, remove cart from service immediately.
• Place all loads in center of basket for balance.
• Maximum cart capacity: 100E/T, 96B, 200F/S, 300G, 350E - 50 lbs.
