3. Operation
3.1 Starting
Before turning on the machine, fill the Tank N°01 (Fig.01) with 15 liters of comstible oil. The
oil level must reach the “MIN OLEO” mark located in the inner part of the tank and must
not exceed the “MAX OLEO” mark.
To turn on the machine, follow the procedure below:
Machine 5.000 W:
Turn the temperature thermostat knob N°07 (Fig.01) to the desired temperature and the
pilot lamp will light up.
When the oil reaches the desired temperature the pilot light will turn off.
Machine 8.000 W:
Turn both temperature thermostat knobs to the desired temperature. The pilot lights will
go on. When the oil has reached the desired temperature, the pilot lights will go out.
