IMPORTANT
Do not use water jet directly on the equipment.
The equipment must be cleaned and sanitized:
- Before being used the first time;
- After everyday operation;
- Whenever it will not be used for a prolonged period;
- Before putting it into operation after a prolonged period of inactivity.
Wash all parts with mild soap and water.
1 - Before starting to clean the machine, remove all oil.
2 - Before removing the OIL, turn of the machine and and wait for the total oil cooling .
Open the Valve ¾” N°10 (Fig.02) and let the OIL drain until the Tank Nº 01 is emptied
(Fig.01).
3 - After the complete removal of the oil from the tank, wash the internal portion of
the tank with water and mild detergent, rinse and dry it. For the remaining parts of the
machine wash with water and mild detergent .
IMPORTANT
Remove the plug from its socket before to start cleaning.
