Oil levels are shown in FIGURE 03, for a perfect operation and enhanced safety it is
necessary a strict respect for the oil levels.
3.2 Operation Procedures
After the oil has reached the temperature indicated on the Thermostat Knob N°07 (Fig.01)
(approximate time from 7 to 9 minutes), introduce the products to be fried inside the
basket N°02 (Fig.01) and then dip the basket into the Tank N°01 (Fig.01) leaving the frying
time according to each product.
