CERTIFICATION

1.5.1 FAA and EASA

The Sky Connect MMU II has been granted FAA and EASA certification on many
airframes as a component of the Fleet or Forte’ system. Those systems have been

approved as non required, non essential supplemental long range communications
equipment.

1.5.2 FCC

The Sky Connect MMU II complies with Part 15 of FCC rules. Changes or

modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could void the user’s
authority to use the equipment.
