General precautions
The handlebars
The handlebars (10) support you while exer-
cising. You may return to an upright position
more quickly if you grab them and pull slightly,
until you have returned to the initial position.
Normally, the backrest of the inversion trainer
should return to upright position when you
move your hands below your waist. If the back-
rest does not move, the extension tube (20) is
probably not correctly adjusted according to
your height. However, we recommend to always
hold on to the handlebars while exercising and
always do slow turns only in order to avoid phy-
sical injury.
